From Adversity to Agency

An elite rower who conquered grueling GB trials, Kate channeled that resilience into a 20-year physiotherapy career, founding four award-winning clinics. Her ACL injury prevention program [2014, British Association of Knee Surgeons] transformed lives, while her Innovators Wheel defined the anatomy and physiology of business.

Personal adversity with her son Gabriel inspired *The Adventures of Gabriel*, a bestselling series that birthed StoryQuest™, empowering Bradford children with a 90% success rate in literacy [Yorkshire Post, May 2025]. Kate’s advocacy, including a UK Parliament-accepted report, amplify's silenced voices.

With healthpreneurs coached, children heard and professionals trained, Kate reduces burnout, boosts engagement and inspires self-determination.
